The Fremont Elks Members had a decorating party the night before the 2019 Fremont 4th of July Parade and the Flatbed Float was donated by Elks Member Jesse Schaa who delivered the float for decoration. The Float was towed by Elks Member Ed Holmes with his Dodge Ram Truck for the parade. The Decorating & Riding crew was chaired by Diane Caceres and consisted of Diane Shaw, Rich Sa, Steven Coulthard, Donna Holmes, Jesse Schaa, Gina Shelley, Fred and Nancy Tallifaro and Gene.
